Important notice. Midgame subscriptions renew automatically through Apple until canceled. The price, billing period, trial eligibility, renewal date, and offer terms shown in Apple’s purchase confirmation are the controlling terms for your purchase. Deleting Midgame or your Midgame account does not cancel billing.

These Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) govern trials, subscriptions, and other paid digital features made available by Midgame, Inc. (“Midgame,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the Midgame iOS app (“Paid Features”).

These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The Terms of Service—including its dispute-resolution provisions—apply to Paid Features. If these Subscription Terms conflict with the Terms of Service, these Subscription Terms control only for purchase, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and paid-access issues.

#1. Acceptance and eligibility

You accept these Subscription Terms when you start a trial, confirm a purchase, restore a purchase, or use a Paid Feature. If you do not agree, do not start or purchase a Paid Feature.

You must be at least 18, have reached the age of legal majority where you live, be legally capable of authorizing the purchase, and comply with the Terms of Service. If you use a family or shared payment method, you represent that you have the account holder’s permission. Apple may impose additional account, storefront, payment, age, and family-sharing rules.

#2. Apple is the purchase provider

Paid Features in the iOS app are offered through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple is the merchant of record and processes payment credentials, taxes, receipts, purchase confirmation, billing support, cancellation, and refund requests under Apple’s terms and applicable law.

Midgame may use subscription infrastructure to display offerings and verify whether an entitlement is active. We receive subscription and transaction identifiers and status, but not your complete payment-card number. A charge may appear under the description Apple uses for App Store transactions.

Your agreement with your card issuer, bank, mobile carrier, or payment method remains separate. Midgame cannot change an issuer’s fee, exchange rate, authorization decision, or dispute process.

#3. Plans, prices, and controlling offer terms

We may offer weekly, monthly, annual, or other billing periods, and different feature tiers. Availability, price, currency, tax treatment, eligibility, and included benefits may vary by storefront, territory, account, device, promotion, and time.

Before you confirm a purchase, Apple displays the final price, billing period, and available trial or promotional terms for your storefront. That Apple confirmation screen controls. A price or trial mentioned elsewhere is illustrative unless the same term appears in your purchase confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing the confirmation before authorizing payment.

Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on the storefront. Apple calculates and collects taxes and may apply currency conversion. We do not guarantee that an offering, trial, price, or plan available to one user will be available to another.

#4. Automatic renewal and authorization

A subscription automatically renews for successive periods until canceled. By confirming a subscription, you authorize Apple to charge the payment method associated with your Apple account at the then-applicable renewal price, plus taxes, at the frequency displayed in the purchase confirmation.

Apple determines the precise renewal time and may attempt billing before or after the displayed period as permitted by its rules. Review your Apple subscription settings for the current renewal date. If payment fails, Apple may retry the charge, restrict access, place the subscription in a billing-retry or grace period, or end it. Midgame does not control those decisions.

#5. Trials and promotional offers

A trial or promotional offer applies only if Apple presents it to you and confirms your eligibility. Eligibility may depend on prior purchases, account history, storefront, family-sharing status, or Apple rules. Unless the offer says otherwise, a trial converts to a paid, automatically renewing subscription when the trial ends.

Apple’s purchase confirmation states the trial length and first paid renewal price. To avoid a charge, cancel before the renewal time Apple displays. Apple may require cancellation at least 24 hours before a trial ends; follow the instructions shown for your subscription rather than relying on a general estimate.

Promotional access may be personal, non-transferable, limited to one account or device, and unavailable with another offer. We may prevent or reverse an unearned benefit obtained through duplicate accounts, self-referral, automation, misrepresentation, or other abuse, subject to law.

#6. Managing or canceling a subscription

Manage or cancel through Apple:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select Midgame.
  5. Follow Apple’s cancellation instructions.

You can also review Apple’s current cancellation instructions. The option Apple presents and the renewal time shown in your Apple account are authoritative.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Apple states otherwise. You ordinarily retain access until then. Canceling does not retroactively refund a charge, and restarting later may be subject to a different price or offer.

Uninstalling the app, signing out, disabling notifications, allowing a device to go offline, stopping use, or deleting a Midgame account does not cancel the subscription. You must cancel through Apple.

#7. Refunds, withdrawals, and billing disputes

Apple determines and processes App Store refunds under its rules and applicable law. Midgame cannot issue a refund directly for a charge Apple processed. You may request a refund through Apple’s purchase-support process or the method Apple provides in your country.

Except where Apple or applicable law provides otherwise, charges are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated credits for a partially used period, an unused feature, a missed alert, market movement, a device or network issue, a feature change, or a failure to cancel before renewal.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms waives a mandatory cooling-off, withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement, or other consumer right. In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with withdrawal rights for digital services, Apple’s purchase flow and applicable law determine whether immediate performance, consent, an exception, or a refund applies. These Subscription Terms do not by themselves obtain a consent that law requires Apple or Midgame to collect at checkout.

For an unrecognized, duplicate, or incorrect charge, contact Apple promptly and also secure your Apple account. A payment dispute does not automatically cancel future renewal. Do not submit a knowingly false chargeback or fraud report.

#8. Price and tax changes

We may change a subscription price prospectively. Apple will provide notice or request consent where its rules or law require it. A price change takes effect no earlier than the renewal specified by Apple. If you do not agree, cancel before that renewal.

Taxes or government charges may change without Midgame changing the underlying price. Apple determines the amount collected. Midgame is not responsible for a fee separately imposed by a bank, card issuer, carrier, or currency provider.

#9. Paid access and entitlement verification

Paid access begins after Apple confirms the transaction and our systems can verify the entitlement. Delays can occur. You may be asked to use Restore Purchases with the Apple account used for the purchase. Restoring verifies an existing entitlement; it does not guarantee that an expired, refunded, revoked, or different-account purchase will become active.

An entitlement is personal, revocable, non-transferable, and licensed for the active period. Do not sell, share, duplicate, manipulate, or bypass paid access. Family Sharing applies only if the product and Apple permit it. Midgame may correct an entitlement that is duplicated, refunded, revoked, fraudulent, expired, or incorrectly granted.

If the app and Apple show different states, contact support@midgame.bet and include non-sensitive receipt or transaction context. Do not email complete payment-card information or an Apple password.

#10. Feature and service changes

Paid Features may include different combinations of alerts, data views, limits, rules, sports, markets, personalization, or other functionality. We may improve, replace, add, or remove features and may use staged or beta releases. Data licenses, Apple platform behavior, technical constraints, legal requirements, and provider availability can affect what is offered.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every game, sport, market, alert, or data point will be available. If we materially reduce a Paid Feature during a current paid period, we will provide any notice or remedy required by applicable law. Canceling before the next renewal prevents future charges but does not itself establish refund eligibility for a prior charge.

#11. Informational service; no outcome guarantee

Paid Features remain sports analytics and information for entertainment purposes. Payment does not convert any alert, trend, percentage, market display, or other content into advice or a guarantee. Midgame does not accept or settle wagers and does not promise profit, availability of an external market, timing of a notification, or accuracy of third-party data.

The disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms of Service apply to Paid Features to the maximum extent permitted by law.

#12. Account suspension, deletion, and subscription status

If a Midgame account is suspended or deleted, access associated with the account may stop even while Apple continues to show an active subscription. Account deletion does not instruct Apple to cancel or refund a subscription. Cancel through Apple before beginning account deletion if you do not want renewal.

We may suspend paid access to investigate fraud, security abuse, an invalid entitlement, a refunded transaction, a Terms violation, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will restore access after the issue is resolved. Any refund or continued-access right required by law remains unaffected.

#13. Communications and records

Apple may send purchase, renewal, price-change, billing, cancellation, and refund communications. Midgame may send transactional notices about entitlement, service changes, security, or these terms through the app, push notification, or account contact information. Keep your Apple and Midgame contact information current.

You consent to receive legally required records electronically where permitted. Save Apple receipts and purchase confirmations. Electronic acceptance and records have the same effect as paper where applicable law recognizes them.

#14. Changes to these Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms prospectively to reflect product, platform, legal, or operational changes. We will update the revision date and provide additional notice when required. A change will not retroactively alter a completed billing period or eliminate a right that cannot be waived.

If you do not agree to an update, cancel before the next renewal and stop using Paid Features when the current period ends. The dispute provisions in the Terms of Service govern changes to dispute-resolution terms.
